Thank you everyone for your dedication with helping raise the money needed for the No Limits swimming pool. Although we are off to a wonderful start we still have a ways to go. With that being said we are starting our new fundraiser! It‘s that time of year to start decorating homes for the most wonderful time of the year. We will be selling Poinsettias to help you do just that! They are such a beautiful way to bring winter cheer to your home during the cold months. We will be selling these lovely live Poinsettias for only a short time November 1st through November 19th. I just find this fundraiser to be a Double Win; they bring a warm feeling to any home while getting us closer to our goal for the pool! Attached is the order form. We thank you all in advance for your help with this Poinsettia fundraiser.
Just a Reminder: The money for lunches on November 2nd, 3rd, and 4th will be due on Monday November 1st. These lunches need to be pre ordered so we need to know in advance.
Monday 11/1–We will start the week off having a game filled afternoon playing board games together in the gym. Please remember you can bring in a board game to play, however it will be your responsibility to keep up with all the pieces.
Tuesday 11/2–Inhale the future and exhale the past while doing morning Yoga with Leslie. For Lunch we are having Belleria Pizza, Chips and drink( you needed to pre–order this lunch). Remember this is Election Day. Please Vote Yes on issue 2.
Wednesday 11/3– Happy Birthday Regina! Inhale the future, exhale the past doing morning yoga with Leslie. For lunch The No Limits Kitchen is serving Grilled Cheese sandwiches, Tomato soup with crackers, fruit and drink. In the afternoon the much requested Drum Circle is back! You can bring a small instrument if you wish , However it is not necessary, we have plenty of coffee cans and Oatmeal containers.
Thursday 11/4 – Happy Birthday Terry! All lunch and Activity money is due today. Let‘s start the pampering of our hands! If you have a favorite nail polish you can bring it with you for you to use. For lunch the No Limits Café is serving Butternut Squash soup with toasted Pumpkin Seeds and crackers. Lunch from No Limits Café does not include a drink. If you would like to purchase a drink from here the cost is 50 cents. This afternoon is art time with Sandy. I just love seeing all the beautiful artwork you all create!
Friday 11/5 – For lunch today we will be getting takeout from Sweet Melissa‘s! A nice light healthy lunch is perfect for this day because after lunch its game on! We are playing a game of kickball in the gym!
This weekend Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 5pm to 10pm Boardman Park has a free Drive through Spectacular Oasis. Remember to listen to spooky Halloween music while there on your radio tune into 88.9 fm. Have a safe and Happy Halloween everyone. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend.
