Mon 5/16 – Happy Monday! Today Angelica and Natasha will be here to give manicures. Lunch today in the No Limits kitchen includes grilled cheese sandwich, tomato soup, fresh fruit and a drink.
Tues 5/17 – Happy Birthday Jeff! Today we will start the day inhaling the positive and exhaling the negative doing Yoga with Leslie. Lunch today is pizza from Belleria.
Wed 5/18 – Today we start the day doing Yoga with Leslie. Today’s lunch from the No Limits Chefs is meatloaf, roasted potatoes, fresh fruit and a drink. After lunch it’s time to celebrate May’s birthdays with D.J Jeff at our birthday dance!! We have out gym back, so we can celebrate for BOTH April and May.
Thu 5/19 – We will be going to the Snyder’s Car Museum to see some cool and unusual vehicles. Italian subs, side salad, cookie and a drink lunch is on the menu today and available from the No Limits Café and Bakery all week.
Fri 5/20 – Happy Birthday Alex! Today we will go out to lunch at CoreLife Eatery for some nourishing food.

On June 18th we will be holding a community yard sale. No Limits will be providing spots (and a great location) you can rent and set up your tables to sell items. *Please note we do not want items sent in or dropped off at No Limits! The only thing we will be selling is food and the prime location. Our Community: Next weekend, on May 21st Fellows Riverside Garden in Mill Creek Park is hosting a vegetable and herbs sales on the Deyor Terrace. They will have master gardeners there to help with tips and answer any questions you may have.
