Hi Friends and Families!
Monday 8/1 – Today we will go to Millcreek Park splash pad. If you plan on getting wet today bring a change of clothes. This is barrier free so anyone interested can attend. Today’s lunch from the No Limits kitchen is kielbasa & sauerkraut, green beans, fruit and a drink
Tuesday 8/2 – To day we start the day practicing yoga with Leslie. For lunch we are getting our favorite salads from Sweet Melissa’s.
Wednesday 8/3 – Relax your mind by inhaling the new and exhaling the old while practicing yoga with Leslie this morning. The No Limits Chefs will serve BBQ ham sandwiches, macaroni salad, fresh fruit and a drink for lunch today.
Thursday 8/4 – Happy Birthday Gary A! August Lunch and activities money due today. Today’s lunch prepared by The No Limits Café and Bakery is chicken salad croissants, sweet potato chips, cookie and a drink. Stay in the gym after lunch to sing the afternoon away during music with Mr. Pat.
Friday 8/5 – Happy Birthday Britt! Today’s lunch is prepared for us by our very own No Limits Chefs! They will serve chicken rolls, roasted red potatoes, fresh fruit and a drink.
We are making paper Mache erupting Volcanoes in August so if you have any news papers please bring them in.
This is what’s happening in our community this weekend!
This Friday 29th @ 5pm through Saturday 30th there are some shenanigans’ going on in downtown Youngstown at the Irish Festival. I guess they want it all to be a surprise on exactly what they have planned because they did not list anything other dates and times. Also this Friday @ Firestone Farms starting @ 7pm you can catch a free viewing of the Spiderman movie “No Way Home”. Just take some snacks and something comfy to sit on! Then also at Firestone Farms, but on Saturday @ 7 pm, will be a concert in the court yards. The Conkle Brothers 15 piece jamboree will perform. If those two activities are not your jam maybe you could enjoy the Mahoning Valley Players present Shakespeare In The Park at the Leo Morley Pavilion (Wick Rec Area) from 6pm to 8pm 8/29 – 8/30.( on 8/31 the show time starts at 2pm till 4pm.) If you get out to do any of these weekend activities please come tell me how they were on Monday!
