No Limits Weekly News 8/22 – 8/26
Mon 22nd – Its end of the summer beach bash day at Craig Beach! Please remember your swimming suits/trunks, sunscreen, towels, and a bag to put your wet things in. We may be a little late coming home but will still transport home. If it rains that day we will still have a cook out here at work. We are having grilled hotdogs, macaroni salad, baked beans& watermelon
Tue 23rd – Happy Birthday Liz! Inhale the new exhale the old while practicing Yoga with Leslie this morning! For lunch we are getting Take Out from Panda Express. After lunch stay in the gym for Drum Circle with Mike, and enjoy cupcake treats compliments of Liz!
Wed 24th – I have to send a big birthday shout out to Eric Pirtz AKA Mr. Totally Awesome. I missed his Birthday on the monthly calendar. Happy Birthday Eric! Practice thinking, breathing and being with peace during Yoga practice with Leslie this morning. Rooms can go to Walnut Grove park also. For lunch the No Limits Chefs is serving Italian sausage sandwiches, potato salad, and fruit.
Thu 25th – This morning is a perfect time to put your finishing touches on your volcanoes. For Lunch from our very own No Limits Café, we are enjoying Italian slider, ambrosia salad and Italian cookie. Sandy will be here for art this afternoon!
Fri 26th – Today we are going to Cracker Barrel for lunch. After we get back from lunch I would like each room to make some Hawaiian decorations for our luau on Monday.
We would like to thank Laura Miller and her Mom Holly Miller for making the yummy cookies for our Birthday dance treat

Speaking of getting closer to our pool the Jimmy Buffet night at Camelot Lanes raised $416!!! Thank you to everyone who came out and supported our fundraiser! WE are sending a special thank you to Mrs. Patty Snitzer for donating her 50/50 winnings of $58 back to our pool fund! That was so very kind and knows it was very much appreciated! Thank you again to everyone who has and continues to support us! Tuesday August 22 is our On Line Only fundraiser at Panda Express. We get 28% of the sales totals from any on line order who uses our code 909126. Please share with friends, family, co –workers. This code can be used at any location in any state! This gives our family and friends in other city and states an opportunity to help us raise money for the pool and enjoy a delicious meal. This is a all day fundraiser so it can be used for lunch and dinner that day only! Please see our web site for loads of pictures from thia week full of fun!
What’s happening this weekend:
On Saturday 8/20 the Gardeners of Greater Youngstown are having their annual horticultural show at the Fellows Riverside Garden. You can go to admire their summer bounty of flowers and veggies from 7am to 5pm.
Also, on Saturday the 20th at Eastwood Field from 4pm to 8pm, is the Ability to Walk & Roll event. The cost is $15 and includes a hotdog, popcorn, a drink. There is no cost for anyone with a developmental disability. They will have a ½ mile walk & roll around the field, will show the movie Sing 2, and are having basket raffles.
