Dear Parents and Guardians,

Just a heads-up that you will be receiving ONE new Ohio Medicaid insurance ‘card’ in the mail.

It says “Retain this card – this is your permanent card, you will not receive a new card every month.”

Take care of this one and only copy  – make an extra copy if you can. It might save you a big headache later.
