The Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) and the Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) have prepared the three waivers for submission and are requesting public input. The Level One was due for five-year renewal and the Individual Options (IO), and Self-Empowered Life Funding (SELF) waiver both had technical corrections. The links below contain more details, full content of the submissions, and information about how to submit public comment. The public comment period runs until February 10, 2021. We look forward to your input.
