Tuesday, February 16th
Mardi Gras Fat Tuesday. We will be decorating our own masks for Mardi Gras with feathers, beads, and all crazy designs! “Where there is love there is light” Leslie will be here showing us her love for yoga.
Wednesday, February 17th
Leslie will be returning for more chair and mat yoga.
In honor of the first day of Lent/Ash Wednesday we will be going to St. Luke’s Parish in small groups for those who signed up to receive ashes.
Bobby and the No Limits kitchen crew will be preparing an appetizing Fish sandwich with chips, cookie and drink for lunch.
DJ Jeff will be here after lunch to jam to all your special requests and celebrate the February birthdays.
Thursday, February 18th
In the morning small groups will head to the Southern Park Mall for a chance to increase your heart rate by walking a mile or two.
In the afternoon, Mr. Pat will lead us by singing everyone’s favorite songs while playing the piano.
Friday, February 19th
B-I-N-G-O time. Everyone will get the opportunity to win a prize or two playing Bingo in the gym.
Take-out lunch is from from one of our favorite restaurants, Sweet Melissas.
